Can I schedule a cleaning for a day and time that works best for me?
Yes. We try to accommodate all of our customers needs. Evening appointments are available and some weekends.

Do I have to be home while you are cleaning?
No. You don't have to be home while we are cleaning. It is completely your choice. If you decide that you don't want to be home we will make arrangements with you to discuss on gaining entry into your home.

How many people will be part of the cleaning team?
The amount of people at a job depends on the size of the job and type of job.

What if I want something cleaned that we haven't discussed while you are at my home?
Our goal is to satisfy our customers. If you decide you want to add a service while we are there we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Will I have to supply cleaning items?
No. We will bring cleaning supplies and equipment. If there is a specific cleaning product you want us to use we may ask for you to supply that.

What are your rates?
Our rates vary depending on the size of the job. We offer a 1-time cleaning service, along with weekly, biweekly and monthly. The first time we clean your home or office we do a "Spring Cleaning." If you would like a free estimate please contact us.

I have a sick family member, what is the free cleaning service? I am sick myself do I qualify?
We know first hand how hard it is to clean when you are caring for a sick family member. If you are caring for a sick family member we will clean your home 2 times for no charge. The next 3 cleaning services will be discounted. After those 3 cleanings we will once again clean 2 more times for no additional charge. If you are sick yourself you also qualify for the service.
(services for sick family members or individuals don't include the flu, colds, or other common communicable diseases)

What if I have pets?
We don't have a problem with pets, but they might not be comfortable with us or even the vacuum cleaner.


Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. With our cleaning services you don't have to worry. We are not happy unless you are. If you are not completely satisfied with an area we cleaned call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean that area at no additional charge.

What happens if something is broken or damaged? Are you insured?
If something is damaged or broken we ask to be informed immediately. We do have insurance that will cover damages and broken items.

How and when do I pay for services?
Services are to be paid after they are rendered (unless other arrangements have been made.) We accept credit cards, checks and cash. If you are not home while we are cleaning we ask for payment to be left on the kitchen counter.

Do you offer discounts for referrals?
Yes. For every five referrals you will receive a free cleaning. (referrals must be new customers)

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We ask for you to give us a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel you appointment. If you do not give us notice you could be charge a cancellation fee. We do understand that a 24 hour notice isn't always possible, but we ask for you to try.

Will you take a job outside of Pike & Wayne County?
We do take some jobs out of the area. Please contact us to see if we can help you.
